Our two newly refurbished apartments are in Pješčana Uvala, or Sandy Bay, a quiet and green residential area by the sea, five minutes from Pula and fifteen from Medulin. Both have air conditioning, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The two-bedroom apartment is on two floors, with a sea-view balcony and a large roof terrace looking over the sea and the harbour.

Two lifeguard-protected beaches and a long coastline are a short walk away, with SUP, beach volley, jet skis, boat rental and hiking trails. Restaurants, shops, bars and aqua parks are close by, and Pula's Roman Arena and old town, Medulin, Cape Kamenjak and the Brijuni islands are all a short drive.

The two-bedroom apartment has two outdoor spaces of its own: a big sea-view balcony and, up on the roof, a large terrace. Breakfast in the morning sun, a glass of Istrian wine as the sun sets over the sea.

Five minutes' walk to the beach

Walk down to the beach in Pješčana Uvala in about five minutes. The bay has two lifeguard-protected beaches and a long coastline, with SUP, beach volley, jet skis and boat rental. Pula's beaches at Verudela, Ambrela, Histria and Hawaii are a short drive away.

Why book directly instead of on Booking.com?

When are you open?

We welcome guests from 1 April to 1 November. Summer prices apply from 26 June to 27 August.

Which apartment is right for us?

The one-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple, with its own spacious courtyard. The two-bedroom apartment is on two floors, with a sea-view balcony and a roof terrace, for families or friends up to 4. Travelling with more? Book both apartments for up to 6 guests in the same house.

How do I reserve?

Choose your apartment and dates and send an inquiry. We reply with a complete, all-inclusive price. If you are happy, a 50% deposit by bank transfer confirms the reservation and we send your booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. There is no security deposit.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time, but payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after booking, the deposit is not returned; once the balance has been paid, 30 days before arrival, the full amount is not returned.

Can we stay just one or two nights?

Yes. For 1 night the price is 50% higher, for 2 or 3 nights 25% higher. From 4 nights you pay the standard rate. The calculator includes this automatically.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, pets are welcome for €5 per pet per day. We provide pet bowls.

Is there parking?

Yes. Each apartment has its own free parking space in our courtyard. If you come with more cars, there is usually room on the street nearby.

Do I need a car?

Not for the beach: it is a five-minute walk, and restaurants are close by. For Pula, Medulin, Cape Kamenjak and the rest of Istria a car is easiest. Pula airport is 9 km away.

Are you a bigger group?

Our family also rents Villa Casa L, a private pool villa for 8+2 guests near Pula, ten minutes from here.
